I’m Frank Ono
I founded IFG in 2007 and serve as President. I have led high-profile IT projects with the State of California and local agencies. I focus on making government digital services efficient for departments and effective for citizens.
I lead the IFG executive team with technical and business judgment. I set direction and empower leaders to own partnerships, client relationships, and growth. I promote a culture of service, community involvement, and open collaboration. I want IFG to be a great place to work. I bring together the right principles, processes, people, and tools so teams can adapt and deliver.
My wife and I support the foster care community and have served as foster parents for more than seven years. We aim to provide hope through love, support, and stability. This purpose sits at the core of IFG’s commitment. It drives me to help our public-sector partners deliver the highest value for the missions they serve.
Let’s go through how IFG can help you.
Our team brings deep expertise in navigating complex state systems, aligning policy with execution, and building solutions that last. We take immense pride in our knowledge and ability to execute, so let our team be your partner in change.
