I’m Audra Opdyke

I joined IFG in October 2025 and serve as Vice President of Operations. I focus on strengthening internal operations, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes across client engagements.

Before joining IFG, I spent more than 25 years in leadership roles across the public and private sectors. My career with the California Department of Justice culminated in serving as Assistant Bureau Director of the Justice Data and Investigative Services Bureau, where I led multidisciplinary teams and supported large-scale data, licensing, and technology initiatives across agencies.

I later served as Chief Operating Officer at Secure Screening Solutions, Inc. (dba Capital Live Scan), overseeing statewide contracts, daily operations, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment. That experience continues to inform my approach to governance, accountability, and operational clarity.

At IFG, I apply this background to streamline internal processes, support scalable delivery models, and reinforce IFG’s commitment to transparency and operational discipline.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, attending live sporting events and concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
