Meet Michelle Lussier

I joined IFG in 2015 because of the culture around supporting consultants and delivering meaningful work for public-sector clients. As a recruiter, I focus on connecting highly qualified consultants with opportunities where their expertise can make a real impact on government initiatives across California.

Over the years, I’ve learned that successful placements require more than matching a resume to a role. It takes understanding both the consultant and the client environment. State projects can be complex, and navigating those processes isn’t always easy, but helping a consultant secure the right contract and become part of a great team makes it worthwhile.

What keeps me motivated is the people. The camaraderie and respect among the IFG team is unlike any organization I’ve worked with, and it shows in how we support one another and the consultants we represent.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible outdoors. I enjoy activities like surfski, running, hiking, skiing, mountain and road biking, scuba diving, and backpacking. I’m always looking for opportunities to travel, learn, and explore new places.
