I’m Gretchen Williams
I joined IFG in 2018 and serve as Executive Vice President. My role focuses on business development and partnership leadership across California state and local government, working closely with executives, managers, and delivery teams to support program success.
My career includes extensive experience within state government, most notably at the California Health and Human Services Agency, where I served as Deputy Agency Information Officer. In that role, I supported the development of the agency’s first strategic plan and led enterprise governance, portfolio management, architecture, and security practices across multiple departments.
Immediately prior to IFG, I served as Deputy Director of the California Department of Technology’s Office of Professional Development, where I created and led leadership academies, mentorship programs, and training initiatives for state and local government professionals.
At IFG, I bring this experience into client partnerships by emphasizing leadership development, collaboration, and practical change management in support of public-sector outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy restoring vintage furniture, raising chickens, spending time on our property, and time with family.
Let’s go through how IFG can help you.
Our team brings deep expertise in navigating complex state systems, aligning policy with execution, and building solutions that last. We take immense pride in our knowledge and ability to execute, so let our team be your partner in change.
