I’m Jenny Reich

I joined IFG in October 2025 and serve as Vice President of Delivery. I focus on guiding complex programs, supporting delivery teams, and aligning client objectives with practical, measurable outcomes.

Prior to IFG, I spent 32 years with the California Department of Justice, most recently as Director of the Justice Data and Investigative Services Bureau. In that role, I managed statewide programs, oversaw a $30 million annual budget, and led modernization efforts to improve data integrity and operational performance.

I also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Capital Live Scan, where I supported background screening operations, compliance requirements, and service delivery across public-sector clients.

At IFG, I draw on this experience to lead multi-stakeholder engagements, support governance and data-driven decision-making, and ensure delivery practices remain clear, consistent, and client-focused.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, golfing, skiing, and reading.
