Exciting news! Mike Shirk, our Director of Professional Resource Management & Strategic Partnerships, is once again stepping up as an ambassador for this year’s Compassion Cup golf tournament. Scheduled for May 20, 2024, the Compassion Cup is an initiative hosted by our partner, Compassion Planet. Their mission is to empower aged-out foster youth and at-risk youth through invaluable programs like life skills coaching, paid on-the-job training, and mentorship.
As Mike takes on the role of ambassador, his goal is to raise at least $1,000 to support Compassion Planet’s Mentoring Program. This program plays a vital role in serving youth in Placer and Sacramento Counties, helping them navigate life’s challenges and realize their potential.
